Consists of broadsheets and clippings. These pertain to articles by Rai in the Hindustan Times, on environmental issues such as a plan for transborder poaching between India and Nepal; poisoning of tigers and fund allocation for tiger conservation, soil restoration by earthworms, tree-felling ban in the North-East and profile of a community wildlife sanctuary in the north-east, the draft biodiversity bill and designation of biodiversity hotspots; developmental stories such as the Sathin scheme, coverage of rape incidents, construction of dam projects; and a broadcasting story on the feud between DD and NDTV.
