Description
Letters from farmers/cultivators requesting for or inquiring about Sharbati Sonora addressed to Varughese, Guglani and Swaminathan. Contains replies to the requesters from Guglani and Swaminathan, some informing the unavailibility of seeds and some the quantity of seeds that they will receive among other things. Complaint letter from Punjabi Chandu Halwai Karachiwala on the lack of response for the initial letter sent to IARI and then subsequent visits to various agricultural institutes in Delhi that were in vain. Folder also contains a copy of the same letter with handwritten annotation explaining the events.
