Bhaskara Rao regarding Social Audit Panel (SAP) and enclosing minutes of the meeting at Paryavaran Bhavan on the 11th of December 1995 and hard copies of the presentation made by S.C.Dey on forestry issues (both of which are in the folder); Minutes of the SAP meeting held on the 23 November 1995; Agenda of the meeting on 23 November; Letter from Sarweshwar Jha enclosing the Ministry of Environment and Forest's annual report for 1994-95 (which is also in folder) - this letter has annotations; Letter from Swaminathan to N.R Krishnan about the former's letter to the minister for enviroment and enclosing a copy - which is present in folder; Letter from Rajesh Pilot to Swaminathan informing him about the setting up of the SAP and inviting him to be a part of the panel; Letter from N. Krishan enclosing Government Resolution setting up the Social Audit Panel; folder contains a copy of the resolution. Folder also contains copies of the various letters mentioned above and Swaminathan's replies. Some other letters also have annotations.
