Description
This photo of Nirmal Gupta witha Camera was taken in Advance Level Telecommunication Training Center, Ghaziabad. ALTTC center erected a video studio and purchased the studio equipment. But they had no trained staff for the equipment they had purchased. At that time CENDIT was the only organization had expertise in video production in India. So they were called train to their officers and technical staff regarding equipment use and video production. After the training programme, the ALTTC trainees produced three films about the institution, with CENDIT giving production support.
