Extract from letter from Clifford C. Taylor, Counselor (Agriculture) of the American Embassy dated 7 April 1954 to Panjab Rao Deshmukh, Minister of Agriculture, commending his advocacy of agricultural exhibitions in his circular letters, and especially the Japanese paddy exhibit of IARI because of its practical value. Also contains a copy of a letter from Taylor to Clayton Whipple of the USDA, sent to Pal, mentioning an attached manuscript of a paper co-authored by S.M. Sikka, B.P. Pal and Edgar Anderson to be forwarded to Anderson.
