Description
From R. Prasada of the Division of Mycology and Plant Pathology to B.P. Pal conveying with reasons his disagreement with the decision of the Wheat Rust Control Committee to discontinue rust control measures by lifting the ban on cultivating wheat and barley in Nilgiri and Palni hills in the summer and Mysore and Bombay State in winters, as it posed the risk of a recurrence of the 1946-1947 rust epidemic in India. Folder also contains a handwritten note from R.S. Vasudeva to Pal dated 3 April 1951.
